You may cancel a booking more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time at no cost. Prepaid bookings will be fully refunded.
If a ride is cancelled within 1 hour of pickup, a cancellation fee may apply (typically equal to the base fare or minimum booking amount).
A booking is marked as a no-show if the customer cannot be contacted and the driver has waited 15 minutes beyond the pickup time. No-show bookings are non-refundable.

If you experience driver misconduct, vehicle issues, or incomplete rides due to driver fault, report the issue within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
You may request changes (time, destination, etc.) if made at least 1 hour before pickup and a driver is available. If modification is not possible, standard cancellation rules apply.
